Shipping Method

Please allow up to 5 business days for the purchases to be processed and prints to be prepared, packaged and shipped out (Public Holidays, Holiday Seasons incur further delays). Shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days before arriving.
All packages (mainly international) are required to be sent with Tracking.

*I am currently only shipping in the US and Canada (until further notice).

Returns/Refunds/Replacement

Please contact me directly at ladyhahapaintings@gmail.com if:

• The prints have arrived damaged or unsatisfactorily to discuss a replacement.

• You are unhappy with your purchase and seek a refund. Full refunds will be processed only once the item has been shipped back and received by us. Cost of the return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

If your package was returned back to us because:

• the package was delivered to a Post Office for collection, but not collected by due date, or

• you have supplied an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you via e-mail.

If at that point:

• you no longer wish to have the product, we will happily cancel & refund your order.

• you do wish to have the product, we will re-ship it at the buyer’s expense.
